Arran whisky is historically known as producing some of the finest whiskies in Scotland, at one point running over 50 stills on the small island. With it’s mountains, lowlands, lochs, heritage and history, it’s a perfect location for producing the perfect malt.
Opened in 1995, the distillery in Lochranza produces a fantastic range of single malts. Whether it be the rich, sweet 10 year old, the unique Sauternes white bordeaux or their powerful heavily peated Machrie Moor, there’s a dram for every whisky enthusiast that needs to be tried.
Join SWWIG this January across South Wales as we enjoy six whiskies from the Isle of Arran distillery.
